My husband, my 2 yr old and I (and maybe our beagle) will be trick or treating around the neighborhood for Halloween. What are some ideas for similar themed Halloween costumes? I'll be sewing/making the costumes, so I'm not limited to what can just be bought in stores. Thanks.

you could do the munsters, or The Wizard of Oz, or Th adams family. Or you could just be creative and it doesn’t have to be any thing famous.

How about the cast of Scooby doo? your dog can be scooby doo, of course lol. You can be Daphne, your husband fred and your 2 yr old could be shaggy, if he’s a boy.

I LOVE the idea of your beagle playing the part of Snoopy, because he was a beagle too, but PLEASE be VERY careful taking your dog out on Halloween. It’s a hectic night as it is and dogs get scared with the masks and costumes and can bite a kid and with all the cars that are out, if they do get scared and try to run, they can get hit if they’re not seen by the car. Even if you’re walking and the dog is not seen, he can get hit. I’m NOT trying to be mean, I just don’t want to see something happen, I just know dogs can get nervous with all that’s going on and drivers are paying attention to kids and not looking for animals, etc. Please re-think taking him out with you. I know I hate leaving mine home alone on days like that, but it’s better than something happening.
Anyway, here are some ideas, and I’m sorry if I upset you, I just don’t want anything to happen. They’re our family members and SO important to us and I’m the same way about including my dog.
