I wanna be something different for Halloween. I'm thinking along the lines of dressing up as a retro cartoon character. I was thinking Velma from Scooby Doo. She's cool. What other costume ideas can you give me, based on this? I don't want to spend a whole lot of money on it, and I don't want it to be slutty or anything. :/
Thanks in advance!

www.beautynewbie.com Gore doesn't have to be difficult, and a creepy costumes doesn't have to cost a lot. A few little accessories like a glow-stick and some protective goggles will definitely help play up your costume and let everyone know.... you're a mad scientist!!!! Happy Halloween!
For the quality of the fabric, it just isn't worth it, in my opinion.. When I bought a costumes from Japan, it was such better quality and pretty at the same time, and for the same price as the average costume found here in Halloween stores []
